GUIDANCE THROUGH OUR TREATMENT SERVICE IN THE DRYGUARDIANS APP – EVALUATION AFTER 4 WEEKS
The Treatment Service in the DryGuardians App offers several smart features. At its core is the calendar, where you can easily log the night's outcome. Based on this information, we guide and motivate you throughout the treatment with messages in the form of videos, text, and images. These messages will appear in the DryGuardians App during the treatment.
Undergoing bedwetting alarm treatment often affects the entire family. With the data generated, we can evaluate whether the treatment seems effective after just 4 weeks. If the treatment appears ineffective, it may work at a later stage. Additionally, you’ll also gain access to features such as:
- Using the app as a sound device and setting different alarm tones.
- Recording your own alarm signal.
- Setting day alarms (for toilet reminders during the day).
- General tips and advice for treating nocturnal enuresis.
The Treatment Service in the DryGuardians App is free to download from Google Play or App Store. Learn more about the DryGuardians App and the Treatment Service on our website.
Material
Pjama DryGuardians Sleepwear are made from a soft material called Tencel. The outer layer of Tencel is laminated, making the shorts waterproof while remaining highly breathable. An absorbent material is sewn into the critical area around the crotch, ensuring liquids stay within the shorts. All materials are Oeko-Tex certified and safe for children.
The sleepwear shorts come in two models: Pjama DryGuardians Sleepwear for Children - Shorts and Pjama DryGuardians Sleepwear for Children - Shorts Light. The Light version is designed for children with lighter bedwetting needs. Sizes range from body length 98 cm to 164 cm. For precise measurements and absorption capacity, visit our Size Guide.
Easy Care
Pjama DryGuardians Sleepwear for Children are machine washable (60°C) and can be tumble dried.
NOTE: The trousers and shorts have a longer drying time due to their absorbent function. Always turn the garment inside out when washing to help moisture escape from the fabric.
They are durable and cost-effective - Pjama guarantees at least 100 washes and up to 4 months of regular use when cared for according to our washing instructions.
A reliable and practical solution for children who wet the bed at night.

Taking care of your sensor
Pjama DryGuardians sensors are designed for reliability and easy use - but a little care helps them last longer.
To extend battery life and keep the sensor in good condition, always detach it from the garment as soon as possible after an accident or when not in use.
This prevents unnecessary signal transmission and protects the surface from moisture.
If the sensor has been in contact with urine, wipe it clean and dry thoroughly before storing.
Never leave the sensor attached to a wet garment - this may shorten battery life and cause corrosion.
Handled with care, your sensor will stay effective and ready for many dry nights ahead.
Battery life guarantee
Battery life depends on usage habits. With proper handling and quick removal after use, your sensor’s battery will last significantly longer — up to several months of regular nightly use.
Usage
The sleepwear shorts have built-in sensor threads in the crotch area that quickly detect urine. Simply attach the sensor at the front waistband of the shorts and activate the bedwetting alarm to begin treatment! Place the alarm unit near the child’s bed.
If the child wets the bed, the sensitive built-in sensor threads in the shorts will activate the alarm. The child can easily stop the alarm by pressing the "ON/OFF button" on top of the alarm, then proceed to the bathroom to finish urinating and change into a new pair of Pjama Treatment Shorts.
To use the bedwetting alarm with your smartphone, download the DryGuardians App from Google Play or App Store.

MOTIVATION AND PATIENCE ARE KEY
Patience is essential! For faster and long-lasting improvement, patience and motivation are necessary. If you’re a new Pjama user, keep your ultimate goal in mind – a dry bed without aids. With encouraging feedback and smaller milestones, treating nocturnal enuresis can be more successful.
If you’re the parent of a child using Pjama, it’s also vital to keep the child motivated. Offer positive feedback and compliments. If you’re motivated, your child will be too!
